The mapping process provides a comprehensive understanding of local civil society contexts and the political and social landscapes in each project country. These insights establish a baseline for evidence-based decision-making and inform subsequent project activities, including capacity-building and education programmes, community-building events, and network development. The Mapping Reports cover key areas such as the social and political landscape, civil society environment, disinformation trends, media landscape, digital inclusion, CSO needs and gaps, and available technologies and tools.
