The consortium is led by the Metamorphosis Foundation for Internet and Society in partnership with Fundacja TechSoup (FTS), combining complementary expertise to strengthen civil society in the digital age. Metamorphosis advances democracy, accountability, digital rights, and good governance across EECA, while FTS equips non-profits worldwide with digital tools and knowledge.

Its mission is to strengthen citizen action and build a resilient, self-sustaining Digital Democracy Support Ecosystem in the region, empowering diverse civil society actors, including grassroots and marginalized groups, to innovate, learn, and promote inclusive democracy.
